You'll receive honest insight on each option and a full day’s viewing schedule arranged for you. We handle the research and coordination; you attend the viewings and negotiate directly. The Maison Hunt Day
From £650 per day
Looking to make quick progress? Our Maison (Home in French) Day is an intensive, hands-on service designed to help you view a concentrated number of properties in one day—either in person or virtually if you're abroad. Based on a consultation beforehand, we’ll curate a tailored list of up to 8 suitable properties and plan an efficient viewing route, typically running for 6 hours. We’ll accompany you throughout the day, offering honest feedback and insight at every stop. Expect a busy but productive schedule—with breaks to regroup and reflect. Add negotiation & contract support for £300.
The Maison Check-In
£250
On your move-in day, we’ll accompany you to collect the keys from the agent and attend the property together to make sure everything is in order—clean, functional, and as agreed. A reassuring extra step to help you settle in smoothly and with confidence.

An initial retainer fee is required upon instruction and will be deducted from the final fee.
